Delight Entertainment has been our go to choice for lighting solutions to all our concerts and events. Tejas and his team have a good understanding of the field and give good suggestions and alternatives to keep the budget in control. The overall experience is a cake walk when you have Tejas leading the lights department for the event. We have conducted bollywood concerts, classical concerts and plays both indoor and outdoor with the team and have been completely pleased with the execution.

Mr. Tejas Deodhar has been associated with Niche Entertainment in the capacity of Lighting Designer and Lighting Engineer for all our concerts done in India as well as abroad. His involvement in the production goes well beyond the Lighting Design and he is involved in rest of the creative aspects too. He and his team of engineers has done over 1000 shows over the last ten years in over 100 cities in India and all over the world which includes USA,Canada, UK, Netherlands, UAE, Singapore and Australia. Our list of concerts include Gulzar-Baat Pashmine Ki, Black and White, 100 years of Bollywood, Pancham the Immortal Note, Yahoo – the Karishma of Shammi Kapoor, Goshta Eka Kalachi, Prabhat te Sairaat and the latest Dil Se – Roobaroo with A R Rahman. He is a team player and his coordination and communication with the local technicians and vendors is exemplary. His Equipment rental wing Delight is also our vendor for all our local concerts in and around Pune. His whole team of technicians is very friendly , easy to work with and mainly very competent.

They say for an event management company their vendors are the main asset. If you have good vendors then you can grow your business as per expectations. We have been lucky in that. For us Team Delight and Tejas have been like the the blessings from god because Technical Department for an event is one the most crucial part of the event. We have a 6 monthly semesterend dance show that is organised at one of Pune’s top auditorium Yashwantrao Natyagruha. It has been a successful five and a half years relationship with Delight Entertainment. They have done a splendid job with a spectacular arrangement and placement of Lights and helped our shows become amazingly successful. Tejas Deodhar Sir personally takes care of every detail and is extremely professional with a keen eye and knowledge for his work. It has been an absolute pleasure working with him for so many years and I hope this work relationship continues for many more years to come.

Delight Entertainment has been a back bone in the running and functioning of Theatron. since last so many years. The top quality and material provided and the people associated with the same have always added value to our products. I have never seen a instance where there we demanded for something and we have received any negative response. Jaw dropping light design by Tejas Deodhar, the man behind Delight Entertainment adds up to the vision of the Director and takes that play to another level all-together. Tejas has been working with Maneesha Nrityalaya for several years now. I have seen him grow over the years, ever since he started working as an assistant for Harshavardhan Pathak, to now, when he has set up his own business successfully.
He is an extremely talented person in his field. Setting up lights to suit a specific theme, lighting according to different moods is something he does very well. He especially understands the kind of lighting a classical dance performance needs.
Apart from his skill, one of his best qualities is his sense of calm and his level-headed behaviour. More often than not, we artists are working in a high-strung environment, where nothing in the theatre set-up has been going to plan. In the midst of this chaos, it’s Tejas who keeps his calm, and gives his best in the least amount of time. His strive towards perfection and expert handling of any situation makes him a professional everyone wants to work with.

While doing events it is very necessary to have good set of vendors to execute it smoothly and there comes Tejas and his team at Delight Entertainment who are very professional and most important Educated team of people of people who are not vendors but solution providers and which is very rare sight in this industry. As we know Tejas is very good and intelligent light designer and this reflects in his company as well. His staff is very courteous and punctual at work. They finish off their work in given deadline always and release your workload during hectic schedules. Tejas is very keen and go out of the way to provide solutions for all problems 24/7 and even at last moment during events without any complaints. Now, Its been more than 6 years we are working with him and once we brief him about work, we don’t need to look at the light setup again as they deliver it as promised.
